1. How can I place an order?

2. How do I receive the items?

We will mail the items to the address you provide once payment is made.

3. What forms of payment do you accept?

Sorry, we currently only accept bank transfer.

4. What are the measurements of the clothes?

In general, most of the blouse and dress are free-size suitable for the bust of 32-34 inches ladies to wear.

For S, M, L Sizes clothes are suitable for the bust of 32, 34, 36 inches ladies to wear respectively.

For dress/skirt, S, M, L size are suitable for the waist of 26, 28, 30 inches ladies to wear respectively

2 pcs above – 10% discount
5 pcs above – 20% discount

6. What are your shipping rates?

For Singapore Orders

All Singapore orders will be sent by Singpost and Local Courier Service.

- For orders 5 items and more, postage and handling charges will be waived (For Delivery Within Singapore)
- For orders 5 items and below, postage fee of S$2.00 per item applies. (For Delivery Within Singapore)

Normal Mail

We would like to bring to your attention that we are not responsible for lost mails for normal mails only.

If you still want to opt for normal mail, there is a $0.20 C.O.P ( CERTIFICATE OF POSTING ) payable. This C.O.P is a proof from SINGPOST that we have indeed mailed out your item, this is for the benefit of both buyer and seller.

Registered mail

Package will be delivered directly to the address doorstep by Singpost postman. Tracking number is available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip behind in the address mailbox for collection at the nearest post office. Registered mail postage is additional $2.24 to normal mail postage.

7. What if the item I ordered is out of stock?

We will let you decide whether you would like wait, refund or exchange for another style to enable faster postage.
All excess payment/ excess shipping fee/ price difference would be credited to your account.

8. What about returns and exchanges?

Only defective merchandises are subject to exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Please email and returned to us with our ORIGINAL TAG, UNDAMAGED and UN-WORN within 7 days in the SAME CONDITION as it was sent to you.
Once we have confirmed with the defective items, we would immediately EXCHANGE non-detective / correct merchandises for you, or CREDIT the payment amount to your account with immediate use. No claims on used goods.

Orders that are returned to us due to unclaimed, incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer’s expense.

9. Is all your merchandise immediately available?

We are running only a small business. But will keep some stock. The stock that is available will show in the blog, we will mail out immediately once payment made. If not, we will order from supplier.
